Phase 1
• 30-minute complimentery phone consultation
• In-Home Consultation
• Detailed Proposal and Design SCOPE
• Collect Deposit/Retainer to initiate project
Phase 2
• Onsite measurements, photos and final criteria meeting with client
• Sourcing of materials, prepare diagrams and renderings,prepare samples and presentation
• Design review with client (includes detailed proposal of costs)
Phase 3
• Place orders
• Initiation of any construction work
• Track orders and coordinate
installations
Phase 4
• Furnishings and Accessories Installation
• Client reveal and walk through
Phase 5
• Client closure meeting and presentation of any care information
